~ Hoya lacunosa var. lacunosa (IML 0377) ~ This hoya is especially characterized by its silver speckled leaves. |
~ Hoya lacunosa from Barang, Terenggeru, Malay Peninsula (IML 1405) ~ This Hoya lacunosa doesn't have the same scent as other Hoya lacunosas. The scent reminds me of that somewhat poisonous scent of banana skins. It is not very pleasant.

~ Hoya lacunosa from Bogor, Java (IML 1039) ~ The flowers of this Hoya lacunosa have some more yellow/green coloured coronas. The leaves also differ from the Hoya lacunosa var. lacunosa as the petioles are very long (3 cm). This makes the leaves hang down and the plant does not look sprawling as other Hoya lacunosa sometimes do. |
~ Hoya lacunosa (Poonsak, IML 1648) ~ This Hoya lacunosa was collected in southern Tahailand. Poonsak is the name of the Thai man who helped David Liddle collecting this hoya. |

Hoya lacunosa 'Tove' comes from Bystrup Planter in Denmark and is named after Tove Bystrup. |

~ Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella ~ One of the most common hoyas in cultivation.

~ Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella 'Paxtonii' (small) ~ This cultivar has much longer leaves than the ones of the more common green form of Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella. I've got two different plants named 'Paxtonii'. Obviously only one of them should be the true 'Paxtonii' but I don't know which is correct. |
~ Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella 'Paxtonii' (large) ~ This is the second species I got named Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella 'Paxtonii'. This one is larger in all dimensions. The colour of the corona is also much darker. |
~ Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella 'Luis Bois' ~ A nice variegated form of Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella. It grows slower than the more common green form of Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella. |
~ Hoya lanceolata subsp. lanceolata ~ Looks much like Hoya lanceolata subsp. bella, but the leaves are much smaller. |
~ Hoya lasiantha ~ Hoya praetorii was thought to be this one for some years. Once you see them both there are differences easy to see. For instance Hoya lasiantha is larger in all measures. |
~ Hoya leucorhoda (IML0518) ~ |
~ Hoya linearis ~ A hanging hoya with odd leaves. They are very thin and hariy. It flowers mainly in autumn/winter. |
~ Hoya lobbii ~ This clone of Hoya lobbii is probably the most widespread in cultivation in Sweden. The flowers are dark pink. The shrubby growth makes it hard to support on a trellis and if grown in a hanging basket it takes a lot of space. |
~ Hoya lobbii (IML1524) ~ Hoya lobbii is an easy hoya to grow and it flowers readily. Known for its orange flowers. Same growth habit as the Hoya lobbii above. |
~ Hoya lobbii (black) ~ This clone of Hoya lobbii has so dark flowers they are almost black! My plant is still small, but Hoya lobbii is usually easy to grow so I hope it will grow fast and flower soon. |
