~ Hoya pachyclada (Red) ~

A succulent plant with a very compact, shrubby growth. Flowers readily, often already as a cutting.

~ Hoya padangensis ~

The black spots on the leaves are typical for this species. It tried to flower during 2007, but did not succeed. I hope for better luck this year.

Pictures of the flowers shown on my site is from a friends plant.

~ Hoya parviflora ~

A fast growing plant with minute, light green flowers. There is also one with pink flowers.

~ Hoya pauciflora ~

It took me three years to get this species in bloom for the first time, but it was worth the wait. The large, crystal white flowers have a very nice, fresh scent.

~ Hoya paziae (GPS 10032) ~

A shrubby plant which reminds very much of Hoya cembra.

~ Hoya picta ~

A small hoya with minute, yellow flowers. As long as you do not put it in draught it is pretty easy to grow.

~ Hoya pimenteliana ~

An easy hoya to grow. The flowers have a nice spicy scent, but you have to put your nose really close to feel it.

Some say this species is in fact Hoya cagayanensis. I will update this information when I have checked the facts...

~ Hoya polyneura (silver leaves) ~

A shrubby hoya which is best grown in a hanging basket. It is easy to grow, but requires cooler nights to promote flowering.

On the picture to the right the flower is not fully developed. The form of the flower should be recurved, but for some reason it did not develop fully this time.

~ Hoya praetorii ~

The plant is easy to grow, as long as you do not forget to water it regularly. The flowers are among the more colourful ones. It flowers readily.

~ Hoya pubicalyx 'Black Eye' ~

Still a very small plant.

~ Hoya pubicalyx 'Pink Silver' ~

I have had this hoya for some years and the plant is now enormous. It has never flowered so I placed it in my cooler garden room in early 2007. It started to produce peduncles in autumn and I really hope it will flower during 2008!

~ Hoya pubicalyx 'Royal Hawaiian Purple' ~

New growth on this one is wine-red.
