Hoya ariadna belongs to the eriostemma section and can therefore be hard to get in bloom. It requires a lot of light, warmth and high humidity. My plant has not flowered so the pictures above I took at a hoya meeting in September this year. The plant actually had two more peduncles so the owner had done a good job!

Hoya ariadna has medium sized leaves but it groves fast so it requires a lot of space. The leaves are almost round, glabrous and medium green. I have my plant in a southern window without no shading. In the summer I take the plant out (if the weather is any good). Hopefully I will enjoy the beautiful flowers in my collection some day!
