Hoya dickasoniana or Hoya weebella? I'm not sure. They are said to be the same and since Hoya dickasoniana was published first that name has precedence. The flowers reminds very much of Hoya lanceolata (and its subspecies).

This is definitely a hoya for the hanging basket. It has no climbing abilities what so ever. It isn't the most easy hoya to grow, but when you figure it out it blooms with countless of flowers. Like Hoya lanceolata the peduncles drop after the flowers have withered.  There are always seven flowers in each cluster. The leaves are either two or three in each node.
