Hoya finlaysonii is named for one of the collectors. Hoya finlaysonii can be grown only for the spectacular leaves. They are light green with dark green veins making a beautiful pattern. tolerates direct sunlight and drought. Unfortunately the flowers do not last very long, only 3-4 days. The flowers produce a lot of nectar and the scent is not very strong and very pleasant. To the right most below is a picture of the pollinarium which measures 0.7 mm. |
