Hoya heuschkeliana subsp. heuschkeliana is a small leaved hoya. It grows quite fast and flowers readily, often already as a small cutting. It's probably best grown hanging as it has no climbing abilities. It's easy to grow, likes a lot of light and tolerates some drought. The leaves varies in size, 4-6 cm long and 2-3 cm wide. They are medium green but turn red when grown in sunlight.

Hoya heuschkeliana subsp. heuschkeliana flowers all year. When you have got the first flowers on your plant you will notice that it almost flowers continuously. The flowers are minute, urceolate and if you put your nose really close you can feel a pleasant scent of caramel.
