Published in Bijdragen tot de Flora van Nederlandsch Indië 1063 (1826) by C. L. Blume. Hoya lacunosa originates from Indonesia and Malaysia. Hoya lacunosa is a favourite of mine. I have some varieties of it, but this one, Hoya lacunosa var. lacunosa, should be the one described by Blume in 1826. I bought my cutting (IML 0377) from David Liddle in |

July 2006 and, a year
after, it has become a quite large plant. So, it's a fast grower and it
also flowers readily. You can put it in almost any window and it will thrive there.
Just make sure it is not exposed to full sun if placed in south.
