Hoya 'Minibelle' is most likely a cross between Hoya carnosa and Hoya shepherdii. The foliage reminds more of Hoya shepherdii than Hoya carnosa.

It is a climber and periodically it grows quite fast. Since both Hoya carnosa and Hoya shepherdii prefers cooler growing conditions I grow my Hoya 'Minibelle' in my garden room. It seems to thrive there and now in summer of 2008 it flowered for the first time. I really like these flowers because of the colour. The flowers are streaked pink and they are also very fragrant.

This cultivar is quite easy to grow. It doesn't need much light and can dry almost completely between watering it. So I really recommend this one to the beginner.
