Hoya sipitangensis is an easy hoya to grow. It grows fast and starts flowering as a very young plant and then flowers almost continuously. So this is one that I definitely recommend to the beginner!

I have my plant in a hanging basket in a window facing south and it grows like crazy there. It grabs any hoya nearby so I often have to sort out entangled branches. It tolerates drought but grows best if it gets water regularly.

Plant
Leaves: glabrous, some silver flecks, 8 cm long, 3 cm wide
Growth habit: hanging, creeping
Flowers
No. in a cluster: ~ 30
Size: 9 mm (measured flat)
Colour: white corolla, red corona
Form: revolute
Scent: weak
Nectar: not visible
Lastingness: less than a week

The leaves are medium green, glabrous and they have some silver flecks. To feel the scent of the flowers you have to put your nose really close. Hoya sipitangensis reminds very much of Hoya walliniana. By just looking at the foliage it is hard to tell the difference between those two.
