Hoya sp. aff. lacunosa (Heartshaped leaves) is a small hoya. It has no climbing abilities so it is best grown in a hanging basket. The most attractive thing about this plant is the small heartshaped leaves. They remind very much of Hoya lacunosa except for the shape. They are no longer than 4 cm, most of them are much smaller. Also, the flowers remind very much of Hoya lacunosa. I got my first cutting of this hoya from a friend and I have not had it for so long, so my experiences are limited. I grow my plant in a shaded place in my garden room where night temperatures are cooler. I have not felt any scent from the flowers, but it might just be that I have missed it.
