This is obviously not a Hoya lacunosa, but until it is correctly identified I will keep it namned Hoya sp. aff. lacunosa. Even though the leaves remind of Hoya lacunosa the flowers remind more of the ones of Hoya walliniana and Hoya sipitangensis. But still, this is probably another species.
