I bought this hoya named Hoya ruscifolia but it is not correct. For instance, if you read the description of Hoya ruscifolia in its publication (see Prodromus Systematis Naturalis Regni Vegetabilis 8: 639 1844) you can read the following in latin "pedunculis brevissimis" which means that the peduncle is very short. By looking at the picture above (to the right) it is easily seen that this is not the case for this hoya. I suspect this is Hoya leytensis, but I'm not 100% sure so I'll keep this one namned Hoya sp. aff. leytensis until further notice.

Plant
Leaves: medium green, glabrous, elliptic, 5 cm long, 2.3 cm wide
Growth habit: hanging
Flowers
No. in a cluster: ~20
Size:  3 mm (6 mm measured flat)
Colour: light pink
Form: revolute
Scent: no
Nectar: not visible
Lastingness: ~5 days

At the glance of an eye the flowers are very similar to Hoya bilobata, but I guess if you examine the flowers with a microscope differences will show. I took a few photos of them side by side, which you can see below.

Hoya sp. aff. leytensis is a small but lovely hoya. It does not take that much space and it flowers on a regular basis so I guess I'll keep this one for a while. I have my plant in a window facing east and I let it dry completely between waterings.

On the pictures to the left Hoya sp. aff. leytensis (left) and Hoya bilobata (right) are side by side. The flowers are very similar while the leaves differs more.
