Year:

Hoya sp. Ambon has in my opinion a rather dull foliage. The medium green leaves are just plain. They are about 15 cm long and 3 cm wide.

I grow my plant in a shaded window facing south. It isn't the best climber so it needs help around if grown with a support. I guess it would do well in a hanging basket. It flowers from spring until autumn. The flowers spread a nice, sweet scent which reminds of caramel. The colours are quite bright which make them attractive.
